Does anyone have a Tak 150/250 with 3/4" or 1" quick couplers in addition to the 1/2" couplers? I have a Mustang MTL325 (Tak TL250) that has a Faster 1/2" quick attach block. 40gpm through a 1/2" coupler is going to produce a huge pressure drop, and correspondingly a huge amount of heat. A 3/4" coupler loses about 32psi at 40gpm; I'm guessing a 1/2" coupler will have a 120+psi pressure drop, which is nearly 3hp lost on the pressure side and another 3hp in back pressure on the return side.
Do you still have the MTL325 for sale? Will you call me to discuss? Thanks John 4125851334
