I may have found a good deal on buying a TL8 cab model; however, the shop says the engine will turn over but will not start. I am trying to gather some expert knowledge on things to check before I make a 3.5 hr drive to look at this machine. I would imagine the mechanic would have already checked the obvious...is it getting fuel. I don't have any experience working on a skid steer but am pretty well mechanically inclined. Again, I have no experience yet with working on or even seeing under the cab. Just for my knowledge, is it super difficult to pull the engine in a TL8? Does is come out of the rear of the machine? What are the challenges to troubleshooting something like this?
