11k hour Yanmar 4TNV98-STB1 engine. Leaking motor oil at control shaft. Parts manual doesn't show shaft or its seal(s). MP2 manual shows how to remove governor, and pics. Where to get parts? Can governor be removed with pump remaining on machine? Can Oring simply be slid under retainer?
