Just bought a tl 140 used unsure of year engine starts right up cold or hot no issues when pushing or turning side to side or 360 it seems like it wants to stall out. Also noticed when going up a decent grade it bogs down also. Filters have a date from 24 so I plan on doing full service. Also the second light from the top blinks with the top war in light Also. Any help appreciated dont know much about these machines.
Let the hydraulic fluid warm up more. Once the machine is started, set the throttle up a bit and let the machine warm up for ten minutes and see if that helps. My TL130 engine always started fast, but had issues with movement. To heat up the fluid faster, drive the machine forward with little turning and not up hills for several minutes.
If you have a water in fuel light on, change out the filters immediately before running any more. Injectors don't like water. My guess is your filter is stopping fuel flow due to water. You may want to drain the fuel from the tank and put in clean fuel at the same time.
