Tractor hydraulics

Anybody know where it would be possible to get a dvd or book or a downloadon tractor hydraulics in general how the 3 point linkage works in detail etc? Cheers

    Cheers for reply bowen. Just checked your link i know all the basics on how it works realy simply eg a pump a control device and a ram basically. Im kind of looking for more information on the type of valves i suppose for controlling it up and down etc. and what way the rear auxillarys are teed into the pump etc just more detail i suppose

    Generally Ford 7610 8210 etc or Ferguson 390 4355

    On E-Bay you might be able to find an Operators Manual for whatever you are working on. This is totally different to a service manual. Also Google the model of the tractor and look for other info. Yesterdays tractors ? or tractordata might have something of use. This forum may not be limited to construction equipment, but I read very little about agricultural tractors here.
