Transmission Cooler

I have an old 1969 D5 s/n 96J799 and I recently found water in the trans oil. I can't figure out if it has a radiator type trans cooler somewhere (I can't find one) or a heat exchanger. Can any one help? Thanks.

    SIS shows that it has a engine oil cooler and a trans cooler attached to engine cooler. It will be on the left below the oil filter
