I have a Cat D3G 2005. The diagram on the cat web site does a poor job showing the trunnion. The trunnion is the pivot point which on my machine is an up-right pin that supports the blade on the c-frame. Is there a bearing between the pin and the clamp that holds the trunnion? And what tells you when the pin/bearing is worn? The reason I ask is because I am seeing some movement to the blade that I am not causing with the controls. The pins and bearings on the cylinders are all in good condition.
