Used my 580CK yesterday, clutch pedal has not spring back- I have to put my foot under it to bring the pedal back up. Im pretty sure it is just a return spring for the pedal issue. Does anyone know the part I need?

Return Spring is Part # 23 on the 580 clutch parts page unless its something else. You can call Dale at Tractorstuff for parts and advice. If you don't have a service manual, its time to get one. Your question would have been answered by a quick look at the service manual and comparison to the tractor. If its not a broken return spring, you have more to diagnose and possibly a clutch failure.
grease all joints on linkage
Ayep, give it a good cleaning and grease the pivots, grease the brake pivots while you're greasing things, check the little roller to see if its jammed, that'll hang the pedal up a bit.
