Have a 2007 Ford E350 bucket truck with Versalift TEL-29 boom. The truck is a retired Comcast unit. It has a start/stop and emergency control unit made by Transportation Safety Technologies. The van would allow raising bucket to work and shutting van engine off while working and restarting engine to lower or reset. It has remote operation from bucket or lower control. I can shut the van off now but it will not restart. It attempts to restart but as soon as starter engages the controller goes back to stop mode! It will not crank over even one revolution before shutting down. Someone on ground is able to restart by turning key off then start, but controller will not allow restart from either remote station. Is anyone familiar with this type controller as they are belly up now?
