What is this valve stem called?

Tryna to find a replacement and can’t figure out how what this is called.

    Any farm store will have them, and most auto parts places. But that one looks pretty good, you can replace the core just like in any other valve stem. Usually they're all rotted out from calcium chloride.

    Also, the o-ring on the end can be changed but the new complete assemblies are cheap

    Thanks fellas. I think it was the o-ring that was leaking, but I just bought a whole new one for $5.
