My volvo 210 has been giving me alot of hell this whole week. It works fine for say 2hrs then it gets very jittery it looks like a newbie is working with the machine. If you pull the mainbooms joystick back it does not engage til the very last bit then it pulls the arm up and engin dies. I have put in a different hydraulic pump and still cant find the problem. Anyone have any tips on where to look?

Seems like issue with Main relief valve(s): Sticking when hot - bypasses flow at low pressure, starving functions and causing jerky movement. The delayed engagement then sudden jerk matches a relief cycling open/closed. If you have a hydraulic schematic, we can pinpoint the issue. For surface level, you will need to pressure-test specific circuits when hot to isolate this.
We have opend the main relief valve and checked the pressures and stil nothing
