Dear Sir, some problem is coming in VOLVO Wheel Excavator, machine isn't swing both side and not working reverse and foword, now we have changed its main pressure solinoid valve which was wornout now machine is working only in reverse but other functions (swing & forward)are not working yet no error is on module. here i want to mantion that the hydraulic pump is not Genuine and we purchased its solinoid valve by local market by sample old one. Also matel particals are coming in hydraulic filter. Please guide in complete staps? Thank you in advance. Regards,
Metal particles in hydraulic filter = You will need to flush hydraulic system and clean all components. Did you discover where metal came from? Previous pump failure?
Dear Sir, Yes orignal pump has been failured previously, that is why we changed by chainies one. and matel partical is coming from hydrulic pump side. so we are buying orignal pump by VOLVO. but this pump will delivered after 2weeks, so we can not stop our machine till 2weeks, now we have changed solinoid valve and only one function is working mean machine is moving reverse direction and not swing and not going fwd. kindly guide. before new pump change we will clean hydraulic components. You cannot accurately diagnose anything with a contaminated hydraulic system.
