We have a EC460BLC with Volvo quick connect set-up. Never seem to be able to keep the bucket/coupler tight and in good shape. The hook's for the main pin,wedge and hook on rear of bucket, the take up blocks attached to the bucket are always in need of work. This machine has medium arm and is a real horse-to much power for coupler mounting? Is the wedge under constant hydraulic pressure like the Cat set-up? Our Cat couplers seem to hold up much better. Considering going to direct pin on bucket and never mind quick connect. Running a 48'' digging bucket and also have a 36'' bucket. Don't change buckets often either. I like the fact coupler doesn't change bucket geometry,but too much maintenance with it. Anyone have same problems with this set-up? thanks, Dominion
