Volvo 2006 mc110b new to me,narrow band in rpm midrange runs rough, engine rpms below and above demonstrate good power and roughness disappears,operating temperature normal all around.new fuel filter installed,low engine hours,Exhaust after warm up, neither black nor white,looks okay.Diagnostic suggestions welcomed,Also, would like to locate affordable repair manual,Thanks,
