Hello again, having a problem with both our wa470’s at work with the hydraulics overheating due to the steering pressure not returning to “unload” pressure. We changed out the steering demand valve on one, the local Komatsu dealer field tech diagnosed it, it was the only one in the country. Put it on seemed to have problem solved until yesterday the fluid overheated and the pressure was staying commanded to 600-890 psi. Unloaded it should be around 200-220psi. Wondering if any of y’all have seen this issue or can point me in the right back direction. Have played with the mA on the EPC for the steer pump and it affected one loader but not the other that does not have a new demand valve. These loaders are hot pit setups, dig slag at the mill I work and steel pour outs. Any advice will be helpful.
