Evening in Miami,fl. i have a Excavator wacker neuson EZ53. this units is asking for a Re-gen, when i want to to a re-gen it starts it but after 15minutes it shuts off and gives me 2 codes. #1 SPN 3719 particulate trap#1 soot Load Percent: High-Moderate Serverity (2) #2 SPN 3473 Aftertreatment #1 Failed to Ignite : Other failure mode. I confirmed the igniter is good, there is voltage going to it and the injectors/ valve that shoots fuel to the dpf are good and voltage going to it. the required Engine temp is correct. the sensors on the dpf i cleaned them and they dont look damaged. I believe this is probally a super clogged dpf even though this machine has only 16 hours!! but it can happen. or Perkins dealer have to connect the tool and do a Force Re-gen. what are yall's opinions?
