anybody know anything about them actually looking for a rubber front shock
I heard that they only made six of them. A friend of mine works at a company that had one or two of them. They were sold off at auction. Sounds like they had some design issues and being that there was such a small number made that those issues never came around to being addressed. To me it looks like the newer Volvos are a take off of that design.
Here is what they look like if anyone is interested. I think that this is a 45 ton dumper. Someone said that this is the largest 6x6 ADT that anyone has ever made. 621 Rocker
Bell makes a 50 ton 6x6.
the one i have is a 650 fullback just little uprated 50 tonner looks the same they made the 645 in 1993 and year later came out with the 650 production was from 1993 to 1996 for these trucks that picture looks very nice also moxy makes a model called mt51.
DJB made a 50 or 55 ton ADT in the 80's, before they were bought out by Cat. They were also made in low numbers, and suffered many problems. For what an ADT does, the bigger they are, the more trouble they are. I have a mixed fleet of Volvos, A-35 and A-40's. The 40 tonners have many more problems than the 35 tonners. I would not want a larger truck. Fiat41b Good luck finding your part. Maybe what you need would be the same as some of the Wagner underground mining trucks?
If it is a hard to find rubber part maybe try a specialty rubber manufacturer We have used one to make rubber snubbers for a screening plant turned out 20 percent cheaper then buying from the dealer witch was in finland Just a thought.
