i have recently received some feedback from my customs, good or bad, so i want to know that what do you think of it? If you need one, will you choose Chinese brand?
No
Sumting wong about that.
Two words - Not much. They are cheap for a reason.
No Chinese junk. A local used vehicle dealer sold dozens of those Chicom mini excavators with clear disclosure he provides no warranty parts, service or assistance after the sale. He did this for about 1 year then stopped. Basically they were junk and customers still came back to him pissed. On full sized machines there has been numerous posts about poor dealer support, parts availability, limited technical documentation.
