Hi there, As the title says, I have done some extensive Googling but to no answer !! So what do you reckon is the difference ? Kind regards, Mark
Not 100% sure but I thnk the LRC is related to track configuration. Probably has longer footprint and an extra bottom roller or two in one.
Before Nige gets his panties in a twist, list the serial number of the LRC.
It means Lesser Regulated & Non-Regulated Countries so it has to do with the emissions crap that's not added on to the engine. That way the rest of the world can produce their goods cheaper than the US and sell it cheaper here without fear of any regulation or tariff!
Hey friend, well its a very nice question and i am also eager to know the major differences between them. http://www.repairloader.com/manual.php/c138806
The full SP. The standard machine will be rated at some EPA TIER or other (and meet EURO whatever as well) for exhaust particulate emissions. This is the model designed for sale in any country that has exhaust emissions regulations in place for off-road diesel engines. An LRC machine is designated to be used in Less Regulated Countries i.e. those countries that have no emissions regulations. Such a machine can be manufactured (but it's not mandatory, Brazil is a source of supply of a lot of Cat LRC models) in a country that has emissions regulations but MUST bear a sticker stating something along the lines that after manufacture it must be transported direct from the factory where it was produced to a port of exportation and its final shipping destination MUST be a country that does not have emissions regs.
We need to import some of those.
