what is this? it’s driving me crazy trying to find it on google.

It's been sitting in my garage for 2 years and i have no clue what it is but I suspect it's off a dozer. anyone?

    If I'may making them out clearly I believe it's 'H742432' . That's the only number I see on the part.

    My old Deere has something similar where the the tracks mount to the final drive housing

    I think spanner may be correct. It looks like it could be a ROPS mount, that the ROPS or sweeps on a dozer slide over, and then that pin slides through both???
