hi all i am new to this forum lots of great info here, i am looking at purchasing a used grader and am leaning towards a volvo or deere because of the rate i would love a cat but the prices seem to be high. is this because cat is a better machine or would one of the other models do well i need something that will last and i don't have financing for new any help is appreciated Do they have common problems or things that need attention? What are potential things that could go wrong? and what information should I be getting from the seller.
awesome to hear you want a grader, a few years ago i was interested in a new grader but decided to stay as an employee, i like being paid on holidays. anyways after months of research i figured buying secondhand is risky no matter what machine, so i stuck with the idea of setting a budget, find the best low houred latest model i could for the money and then check it out. but its hard to look past a cat, they are tough man.
