Where do I find a lift chart for my 310 L?

I found this web site, and it suggests putting a copy of a lift chart in the cab of my backhoe. https://www.constructionequipment.com/when-excavators-and-backhoes-become-cranes Is that chart in the Deere manual?

    In the back of your operator's manual in the specifications section. If you don't have one I would suggest getting one.
