for the first couple turns the winch freespolls and releases turn well then starts to hang up after that. pretty sure the cable is not being pinched on spoll. have respolled it and still same problem. any ideas
Hydraulic valve leaking, or the seal/piston/spring inside isn't returning. Just what you asked for, an idea. But based on ONE experience with deere, I'd take the valve apart first if it's not too hard to get too. Unless you want to tee a pressure gauge into the line to diagnose first (no idea if there's anywhere to tee into or not?)
