I have a hitachi ex200lc-5. I was clearing today and swung around and a limb popped my sliding glass in the door. It only took out the front section. How do I go about putting a new piece of glass in the track? Thanks for the help.
Do you need the glass?
Take the door off and take it to a local glass shop.
On my Cat doors with sliding glass, there is a plastic rail spacer under each slide section. Coax out the rail spacer, then the glass drops lower, allowing the top to be tilted out.
Grandpas got it right.
