Cat D4d loading

I just bought and transported this beauty home today and will be doing a restoration on it. The engine is good with new sleeves, pistons, bearings and overhauled head. Undercarriage is pretty decent. Left clutch doesnt disconnect well and the brakes seem to be worn. Other than that I hope the rest is just cosmetic repairs and paintjob. Any comments and advice appreciated
